We are a Vodacom Franchise group and we are looking for a dynamic attention to detail individual that will help facilitate and contribute to the financial administration of the company.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Develop and monitor a claim and credit control system in collaboration with the head office department in conjunction with Vodacom policies
- Doing daily audits on a variety of stores to ensure bookkeeping balances
- Recon various bank accounts
- Obtain a 360 view on the overall business operations
- Ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
- Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments
- Look for ways to improve rejection collection processes

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hout Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
