**Job Purpose**: In this role, you will deliver OEM certification training to developers, administrators and architects to drive adoption and usage of the technology. It requires exceptional communication and ICT technical skills with a passion in helping customers succeed. **Key responsibilities**: - Deliver instructor-led in classroom and virtual training - Contribute to the strategic growth and sustainability of the business. - Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders - Maintain, grow and expand your vendor certifications - Continuously improve and hone your facilitation skills. **Qualifications**: - AWS and VMware/Microsoft Certifications. - Experience in Software Development/IT Systems Operations/Database Administration - Experience in emerging technologies like Cloud, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Data Analysis/Science and Rapid Process Automation. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Excellent presentation skills. - A strong "stage presence" and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners. - Highly motivated self-starter that can work independently. - Strong English speaking and writing skills **Years of Experience**: - 4-6 Years experience in Software Development/IT Systems Design/Operations/Database Administration **Skills**: - Must have at least four OEM professional/master certifications between the following OEMs: AWS, VMware and Microsoft - At least 3 years training experience - Must be passionate about training and the products - Well versed in the English language (speak, read & write) and ability to clearly communicate at all levels - Very process and procedure driven - Ability to adapt to change - Strong problem-solving attributes - Attention to detail - critical - Excellent interpersonal & conflict resolution skills - Ability to build strong relationships with key product owners - Ability to deal with customer queries - Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and prioritise activities - Approachable - Team player - Results driven - Strong organisational and planning skills
