About the Marketing Coordinator position

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be based at our Richmond Park, Cape Town offices. The purpose of the role is to assist the marketing team in coordinating a wide range of marketing-related functions. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

**Core duties, responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Coordinate a wide range of marketing-related functions
- Work closely with third parties (e.g., consultants, suppliers) as required
- Manage our social media presence
- Consolidate our monthly internal newsletter

**Minimum qualifications, criteria and experience**:

- Through our Sustainable and Industrial Technology divisions, our Group provides a range of solutions to clients. Applicants must have an interest in Sustainable Technologies (e.g. renewable energy generation and storage technologies, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, smart building solutions) and/or Industrial Technologies (e.g. Machine Vision and Deep Learning, Connectivity, Industrial Sensors, Power Quality, Safety Automation, Robotics, Condition Monitoring)
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant tertiary education

**Advantageous qualifications, criteria and experience**:

- Prior experience as a marketing coordinator or similar
- Prior experience creating and scheduling social media content, as well as performing community management
