We are looking for a Data, Analytics and AI Business Leader to helm our Data business and create innovative and impactful solutions for our clients, while growing a quality team.

This role has high impact in the achievement of our strategic goals as a business and forms part of our senior leadership team.

We are looking for a passionate Data, Analytics and AI Business Leader to join our senior leadership team. You will report directly to the COO and lead & grow our superb in-house, client facing business unit. This role will be client facing as well as internally focused growing and managing a large team of consultants to effectively deliver incredible customer technology professional services.

You will be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit and well as full Profit & Loss.

Your duties will include managing & developing all consultants, running & growing business unit, resolving client & delivery issues, formulating & implementing growth and retention strategies as well as meeting business unit financial targets.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to define, articulate and implement operations strategies to complement the organization's objectives and meet revenue and profit targets.

You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team, and you will have a vast knowledge of current delivery and engagement trends for data and customer journey enterprise cloud software and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and grow client relationships & partnerships
- Problem solver - must be the level of escalation to be able to diffuse and resolve complex client delivery issues at a senior level Internal Operations:

- Be a great leader and be willing to invest business and personal time in building teams inside and outside the office
- Customer Success and overall satisfaction
- Help establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Help establish and grow the existing business unit as well as new one's
- Grow high performing teams and drive throughput
- Play a key role in retaining key staff
- Ultimate BU P&L accountability and ownership
- Accountable for quality and delivery of service and product offerings in Data and Analytics Business
- Work with HR to attract, retain, manage and develop the best people
- Work with finance to ensure Business Unit and Practice targets are met
- Work with software vendors and OEM's to develop the partnership and meet targets
- Adopt standard processes, best practices and operating procedures inside the business and innovate around ways of working

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree ideally in technology (Business with MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems)
- Proven experience in combining complex data signals and campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations.
- 8-10 Years proven track record for success in leading advanced Data teams and building out best-in-class capabilities. Experience creating business value from Data offerings.
- Provide a new perspective to tough technical challenges and crafting solutions. Capturing best practices and sharing with clients/team.
- Impressive track record delivering management level opinions and analyses to senior executives
- Self-motivated and excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional knowledge of technology consulting and professional services delivery techniques and platforms
