The Role

We're seeking a Data, AI & BI Intern who's curious about how information becomes intelligence. You'll work at the intersection of data analytics, automation, and strategy, helping to turn complex datasets into actionable insight and contributing to the future of StratXe's decision-intelligence capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovery, precision, and creative problem-solving. You'll work alongside developers, product designers, and strategy consultants to build dashboards, test automation flows, and explore how AI can make strategy execution smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

  • Support data collection, cleaning, transformation, and visualisation efforts across StratXe projects.
  • Assist in building and testing BI dashboards and performance reports.
  • Help analyse user, operational, and performance data to identify patterns and insights.
  • Experiment with AI tools, automation workflows, and predictive analysis to enhance product features.
  • Collaborate with the product and advisory teams to translate business needs into data-driven stories.
  • Document findings, visualise results, and contribute to data accuracy and consistency initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, or similar visualisation tools.
  • Interest or basic exposure to Python, R, or AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, TensorFlow, or data APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and visually.
  • Curiosity about how data informs better strategy and decision-making.
