**LOCATION**: Constantia

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
To provide one-stop services to customers, including taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers, in the most courteous manner, in order to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a restaurant environment.
- Experience within hospitality will be an advantage
- Must be Computer Literate (POS)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Knowledge of Health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

**KEY ACOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide excellent customer services
- Welcome customers and present menu
- Prepare and clean tables before and after customers and leave
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate to kitchen staff
- Often check in with customers to ensure they are comfortable and enjoying their meal
- Deliver invoice and collect payment
