**Position Overview**:
In this role, you'll immerse yourself in the intricacies of the used car market, striving for excellence on a daily basis under the guidance of our F&I Manager. Your role will demand exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and a dedication to providing top-tier service to our customers. **Specific Role Responsibilities**:
Attend to client requirements:
- Conclude all transaction documents, e.g. offer to purchase, invoicing, delivery receipts etc.
- Completing clerical tasks
- Compiling, maintaining and updating deal files
- Communicate consistent brand messaging

Upload supporting documents for validations & payouts

Submit payouts timeously to the various financial institutions and follow up

Filing of concluded deal files electronically and manually

Invoice all transactions, DIC, second gross products and goods on internal Dealer Accounting system

Ensure final check and dealer internal delivery requirements have been adhered to

Establish and maintain good professional and effective relationships with banks, insurance and other providers;
Assist in ensuring statutory compliance and that the dealership complies with all requirements as set out by the NCA, FAIS and FICA acts, record keeping & audit requirements

Identify and flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance

This role requires you to champion VAPS products within the department - this entails understanding, continued training of staff and ensuring the team proactively sells VAPS to customers that need them.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
3 Years experience in similar role

Drivers License

Grade 12 Certificate

Computer literacy

National Credit Act (NCA) Qualification

Knowledge about cars is not a must
- but will be advantageous to the role

No criminal record
