**Role Description**:

- This is a full-time on-site Access Control Technician role located in Midrand to support the Fidelity ADT Commercial Access Control installations. Day-to-day tasks associated with this role include deploying, configuring, access control systems, providing technical advice and guidance to clients.

**Must Have Knowledge or Certification off;**
- Gallagher Access Control
- Paxton Access Control
- Impro Access Control
- Softcon Access Control
- Lenel Access Control and Various Access Control

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the installation, programming, and maintenance of access control systems, networking, and IP systems
- Working knowledge of access control systems such as Impro, Softcon, Lenel, or similar systems
- Familiarity with basic network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Remote Access
- Experience with Physical security systems maintenance and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent client-facing skills to provide technical support
