Bidsec is a security solutions company that provides expert CCTV installation, access control systems, and fire detection services. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CCTV and Access Control Technician to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.
- Repair and replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and computer hardware.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with mechanical and electrical systems, including computer networking.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project timelines and expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV and access control system installation and repair.
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge in equipment repairs.
- Proficiency in computer networking and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Strong experience with hand tools, power tools, and computer hardware.
- N4 to N6 Engineering qualification in a related field is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
