To ensure a constant positive attitude while being on front desk duty

To ensure the front desk is hygienically clean and presentable at all times

To ensure that the coffee machine & grinder are cleaned daily at the end of every shift

To ensure that every cup of coffee, cappuccino or related coffee beverage is prepared in a quick, friendly manner

To develop and maintain good relations with customers at all times

To ensure that all sales are registered on the Cash register (Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards)

To regularly give manager feedback on good and concerning issues that could effect the running of the business

Daily stock monitoring to prevent out of stock situations

Perform any other tasks as required by Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company aim of high standards and high customer service.

To assist waiters when not busy - serving customers
