**Expectations of the role**
- You will need to be a confident communicator with the capacity to develop relationships,
- In this role as a recruiter you will have responsibility for looking after a selected group of clients (your portfolio) and you will be required to build and maintain relationships with these clients.
- You will ensure you keep in regular contact with existing, potential and new clients to ensure you keep abreast of their needs and requirements.
- You will need to take a proactive approach to sales, including ensuring you are growing and building your database by continually searching for new clients.
- You will need to be a customer driven person who will at all times go the extra mile to deliver an extra special service.
- You will work as part of a team and whilst responsibility for your own destiny will sit directly with you, it is important that you are a team player and that you work for the good of the business.
- It is critical that you assist colleagues where necessary to fill shifts to ensure that the business benefits and that a can do approach is instilled amongst the whole team
