**Purpose of the Role**:
This position encompasses the managing of finished goods received from production to distribution to customers through the planning, control and implementation of an effective storage and movement system to ultimately meet and exceed customer expectations, including reverse logistics. This includes ensuring that the warehouses are adequately resourced from a staffing, equipment, and inventory perspective. Ensuring that raw materials are received accurately, timorously and stored as per regulations. Ensure the production department is supplied with all raw materials timorously. Inventory management, OTIF, and 3PL Distribution experience is critical.

**Responsibilities**:
ERP & WMS system experience, preferably on OMNI.
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities to understand supply and demand issues.
- Ability to give input to set a budget and manage spend.
- **Strong supervisory skills which includes good communication and people management skills.**:

- Excellent planning, organizing, and controlling skills are essential.
- Quick decision making and appropriate problem-solving ability.
- **A strong sense of urgency.**:

- Attention to detail and excellent record keeping ability.
- **Ability to take initiative to continuously improve and or rectify issues.**:

- Ability to motivate and develop the department employees.
