Digital Marketing Lead

As a Digital Marketing Lead at Vaimo, you will own and manage all digital marketing activities for our clients. You will work closely with our digital marketing and sales teams to deliver exceptional marketing strategies and campaigns that drive client success. Your role will be pivotal in helping our clients thrive by executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, building brand awareness, and attracting new customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the local sales team to understand client needs and reach set sales targets by supporting sales with digital marketing activities.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of client success stories with the help of sales, project managers, and solution architects.
- Manage local social media and search engine marketing accounts & campaigns for clients, ensuring brand consistency and the right tone of voice.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns for clients to enhance their online visibility and drive traffic.
- Plan, implement, and report client campaigns, using data to measure success and improve future marketing efforts.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for clients, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage and enhance client data in the company CRM system, ensuring data quality and compliance with POPIA and other personal data legislation.
- Work closely with other offices' sales teams, designers, and marketing teams to execute digital marketing and content campaigns for clients.
- Stay proactive in learning and staying on top of industry trends and emerging technology to benefit our clients.
- Support the office when required and take on additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

**Requirements**:
- Ideally a degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
- Industry/relevant professional experience working as a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager in an international company for 2-5 years, ideally in B2B Marketing.
- All the relevant Google Ads certifications.
- Good knowledge and experience in eCommerce.
- Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent English.
