Key responsibilities Act as the main contact for a set of clients across different industries. Handle daily communication: emails, WhatsApp messages, and calls. Translate marketing language into clear explanations for clients. Ensure tasks are passed accurately to campaign managers, designers, and copywriters. Track deadlines and project status to prevent bottlenecks. Support reporting and ensure clients understand the results being achieved.
