**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As a social media creator, you will be responsible for the growth in engagement, updating and daily management of James’s social media channels.

You will liaise with the marketing manager to create and use existing content that will give the brand more visibility.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead day to day management of social media channels, creating inspirational, informative and engaging content
- Develop creative ideas that can be used to create awareness with our target audience
- Keep up to date with the current digital marketing trends especially on Tik Tok
- Create graphics that can be used on social media platforms
- Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels and provide reports to the Marketing Manager
- Produce a detailed content plan to share with the Marketing Manager
- Use existing content that we have to generate awareness of the brand
- Be consistently posting on social media channels as according to a content plan

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- A general passion and interest in social media and graphics
- Be a creative person
- The ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team
- The ability to provide professional insight and advice to produce best results
- A high level of self motivation, commitment and dedication
- The ability to manage multiple projects and adjust shifting priorities as they change
- Ability to work under deadline pressures
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have a sense of energy and determination
- Have a great eye to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge and experience in running social media campaigns
