**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for earth moving equipment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to educate clients on the features and benefits of our earth moving equipment.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services and network with potential clients and partners.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and product enhancements to inform strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the earth moving equipment or construction machinery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Equipement sales: 5 years (required)
