**Senior IT Technician (SAP)**

**Criteria**:

- Qualification in Information Technology Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Appropriate computing and network certification (A+, N+, MCSE, MCITP)
- **Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT operations in a large company.**
- **2 years of experience in implementing SAP, preferably in above mentioned modules.**
- **2 years of experience in Helpdesk support and user training.**

**Knowledge or Training in**:

- Computer units, cabling, setting up of servers, operating systems, Microsoft databases,
- Microsoft office 365,
- Video conferencing facilities,
- Active Directory,
- Server Maintenance and virtualization,
- SAP ERP System, including the following modules: FM (Finance), CO (Costing) MM (Maintenance and Materials),
- Networking

**Daily functions**:
Report to Plant Manager

Staff management: IT Intern
- Take care of IT equipment configuration and maintenance
- Give Help Desk support to users for computer hardware, systems, network and connection set up
- With support from corporate IT Department, provide prompt problem solving of all IT problems
- Oversee current communication system of the Plant including cell phones and CCTV systems
- Ensure proper functioning of corporate communication and conference systems
- Take responsibility for the functioning of server and system control room
- Take responsibility for the controlling of IT contractors and service providers
- Assist with defining CAPEX & OPEX budget.
