Exclusive Brands Coordinator

The **Exclusive Band Coordinator **will partner and support the Exclusive Brand Manager with various duties and key functions of the job.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Request product ranges, costings, and samples from suppliers
- Provide FG Merch team with product info to compile buy sheets - check information is correct once received back
- Compile development docs to communicate final product design to suppliers and ensure all relevant updates are documented and communicated to suppliers
- Compile grid views on product ranges / pricing architecture
- Ensure brand packaging and stationery is confirmed with supplier and team
- Liaise with Chinese and local suppliers
- Place orders with suppliers
- Manage all admin / CAD requests etc. with the suppliers
- Provide support to Exclusive Brand Team across all import brands
- Coordinate meetings for range presentations and buys
- Ensure have all the relevant information ahead of a buy meeting ready and complete (buy sheets, range plans, OTB etc.) - request needed information from relevant teams
- Understand costings / shipping / customs / royalties etc.
- Be the link between FG and DC/Shipping agents
- Liaise with Chinese and local suppliers
- Manage annual buy calendar and ensure deadlines are achieved for placing orders
- Local and international travel as required to assess product and meet suppliers
- Shipping status reporting weekly - update from Shippers and note any changes to deliveries with team
- Managing Final buy sheets and ensure these are up to date and correctly filed/saved
- Provide FG Merchandise with a final buy sheet for loading onto system (+ style names allocated)
- Provide ROE details to FG Merchandise upon goods landing
- Manage QC process with supplier/shipping agent/DC and feedback to supplier where applicable
- Update Marketing and Visual Merchandise team on incoming stock
- Showroom management - neat, tidy, presentable
- Ensure prior samples are correctly stored for ease of access
- Assist in collating / unpacking / display of samples as required
- Manage the sample approval process and white sealing samples - on top of various stages of samples
- Be aware of competitor ranges and price points
- Compile seasonal comp shops across various categories and genders
- Track import brand sales

**Requirements**/Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in the Retail Merchandising
- Proficient in Microsoft World, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong Communications skills both verbal and written
- Detail orientated
- Must be organized and detail oriented with strong follow up skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be able to travel
