We are looking for a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at our Randburg Offices. To lead, manage and ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the Outbound Sales Call Centre focused on marketing credit card sales.

**Required Minimum Education / Training**
- Relevant degree (essential)
- RE5 (Added advantage)

**Required Minimum Work Experience**
- Minimum 5 - 10 Years’ experience in Outbound Call Centre Environment selling Credit card products.
- Minimum 3 - 5 Years’ experience in Leadership role in an Outbound Call Centre;
- Good commercial understanding/awareness of best practice of outbound sales

**Technical and Behavioural Competencies Required**
- Good tactical insights into Campaign & Dialer management frameworks to facilitate operational execution
- Ability to champion challenge sales operational processes
- Good understanding of productivity and capacity management outcomes to support an outbound sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- Project management / project implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft office (especially Excel)

**Good team player and detail-orientated**
- Able to work under pressure
- Good financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal; communication skills
- Management skills

**A good working knowledge and comprehension of compliance standards in terms of**:

- National Credit Act
- POPIA
- FICA/FAIS
- TCF
- BCEA
- Consumer Protection Act
- Internal Code of Conduct

**Salary**: R12 345,00 - R123 456,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
