Sales and Service Technician

Johannesburg South

R 200k - R 250k per annum this excludes bonuses, commissions, company phone and laptop, but includes a travel allowance of 6800, medical and pension

**Minimum requirements**:

- Sales and Service Technician, who will spend 80% of his time in the customer service arena and 20% of his time in the sales area
- NRCS approved PLIERS certification - This is an essential requirement
- Own Vehicle - Essential
- More than 5 years working experience
- Knowledge of retail scales
- Sales Diploma or Electrical Trade Red Seal or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or IT Network certification or Qualified Verification office
- Willing to work overtime from time to time
- Update the relevant policies and procedures
- Sales of product offering, including scales, automatic wrapping machines, printers, software, spares and consumables
- Marketing the company’s products and services, including cold calling, visiting new customers and give demonstrations
- Maintain existing customer relations
- Provide services to our customers, including installations, verifications, servicing, repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the company’s products
