Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Service Technician for a Compressed air filtration company to join our growing team in Meadowdale. As a Technical Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and service solutions on all facets of compressed air and gas generation to ensure a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records. Collaborate with internal teams to escape and resolve complex technical problems. Provide product information, guidance, and training to customers as required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Qualifications and Experience Matric or equivalent; diploma or degree in a technical field is advantageous. Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with computers, common software applications, and troubleshooting techniques. Customer-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
