Also, if you play your cards right, you may have large quantities of free "samples" sent your way. **Salary** Based on experience. **Responsibilities include**: - Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an entire team. - Supervise personnel, planning the division's strategy for the month, providing advice and conflict resolution management to staff and suppliers, and maintaining the division's standard and quality of work. - Needs to be hands-on in monitoring supplier growth and jumping in with game plans and strategies to increase growth with the account managers. - Responsible for growing the company's revenue by ensuring suppliers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all meetings, and conventions to grow the business. - Should be able to analyse data and sales statistics and improve business, and marketing strategies. - He/She should have excellent leadership skills and the ability to identify division problems and solve them quickly and efficiently. - Knowledge of management best practices and the ability to motivate and support division personnel to reach ultimate growth and profit targets. **Desired Skills**: - Relationship building - Multitasking - Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) - Strong EQ traits including empathy - Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving - The ability to work independently and within a team. - Strong negotiation and leadership skills. - Excellent prioritising, and time management. - Organised team player. - The ability to navigate stressful work situations. - Excellent organisational and project management skills. - Good conflict resolution skills. **Attributes Required**: - Solutions-oriented, can-do attitude; self-motivated - Detail orientated - Highly analytical - Manage to work under pressure - Be well-groomed and presentable. - Excellent people skills and intuitive to customer business needs. - Goal-oriented. - Self-motivated and self-directed. **Qualifications and Experience**: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a similar field. - At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role. - E-Commerce systems and structures within a sales environment would be beneficial. - Basic accounting and/or technical knowledge. - Business development experience. - Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills. - Valid Code B Driving License - Native or bilingual proficiency in English. - Advanced computer and software literacy.
