**Education and Experience**:
- In terms of work experience, possessing experience in the Motor Industry or related fields such as Parts or Warehousing at the OEM level would be advantageous.

- Excellent planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as strong grammar and content writing abilities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Possession of a Senior Certificate (Grade 12-Matric) is a mandatory requirement.
- Holding a qualification in Lean Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering is desirable.
- Having a Degree or Diploma in any Business Discipline would be advantageous.
- A valid Driver's license is required.
**Here's an overview of the responsibilities you'll have in this role**:
- Effectively manage the parts warehouse, adhering to policies, legislation, safety standards, insurance requirements, and focusing on achieving Brand Aftersales goals.
- Efficiently oversee and control Warehouse Operations and resources, aiming to achieve cost targets and provide excellent customer service levels.
- Establish and implement high standards in inbound, put away, storage, and outbound processes, ensuring timely and reliable service to dealerships/customers, while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality, and controls.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by implementing LEAN methods such as 5S, identifying and eliminating waste, and fostering a Culture of Continuous Improvement.
- Cultivate a safety culture in alignment with company and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with local and global Supply Chain functions, including Planning, Sourcing, and Aftersales teams, to ensure smooth flow of information and parts, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation of new projects to foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement and develop the team's productivity.
- Establish high standards for receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, and evaluate team performance based on SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure high accuracy in outbound dispatches, employing high packaging standards to safeguard goods during transit.
- Manage warehouse KPIs and reports on a daily basis, covering areas such as timeliness, accuracy, discrepancies, on-time receiving, returns management, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
- Maintain the condition of the warehouse and equipment by planning and implementing optimized layouts and ensuring high-quality goods and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through supervision of cycle counting processes and organizing bi-annual counts, as well as adhering to scrap processes in compliance with inventory policies.
- Maintain, optimise, and improve warehouse systems, technology, and processes.
- Lead, develop, and manage the warehouse staff, evaluating their performance and facilitating their growth and learning on a daily basis.
- Ensure the Warehouse team has the necessary resources to enhance productivity and maintain personnel safety.
- Interact with suppliers to ensure optimal packaging levels and cost control.
- Foster strong internal stakeholder management with Sales, Customer Service teams, Aftersales, and Support functions.
- Control warehouse expenses within budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
