We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Outbound Manager to join our team in the warehouse on our farm. You must be quality focussed and solution oriented with experience in processes, supply chain and/or logistics, ideally within an e-commerce environment. This role suits a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment and who can easily adapt to changing market and organisational requirements.

A passion for process, efficiency and delighting the customer, with excellent project management skills and a detail-orientated approach, are essential to succeed in this position. You will be responsible for managing a small to medium team of drivers and warehouse staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the outbound process of daily fulfilment operations.
- Oversee route and shipping channel consolidation.
- Planning/expediting of daily own deliveries.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders throughout all shipping channels.
- Ensure that outbound queries are resolved timeously.
- Manage a team of delivery drivers.
- Delivery service management.
- Fleet management.
- Oversee order return logistics.
- Monitor product quality and cold chain throughout the outbound process.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project management.
- At least three years’ experience in production, supply chain, logistics, and/or e-commerce.
- Experience in managing people.
- A passion for delighting customers and providing an exceptional customer service experience.
- Demonstrate a target-oriented and performance-driven attitude.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail and excellence.
- Ability to adapt to and implement change effectively.
- Sustained high energy levels.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
- A creative approach to day-to-day challenges and problem solving.
- A strong sense of ambition.
