uties:

- Perform damage assessments on aftermarket Products, which includes measurements, visual inspection and compiling report on findings in order to do costing
- Work Designing and preparing drawings including cross checking for manufacturing of products and general arrangement assemblies
- Processing all relevant paperwork such as bill of materials, purchase requisitions, prints for manufacturing purposes, report writing etc. - Assist with costing of jobs i.e. quotation phase
- Carry out all necessary filing associated with day to day work
- All drawings to be prepared using Solid Works
- Design components based on client standards and programs as well as international standards. Liaise with customers on and off site when required.
- Work as an effective team member of the engineering team, but also work independently to achieve pre-set goals and objectives
- Due to the nature of the business, all information must be supplied in an accurate manner
- Do failure investigations when required and assist with site work when required
- Liaise with other engineering offices when required.
- Application engineering and compiling of proposal packs
- Reverse engineering
- Approval of repair scope in the aftermarket serviceDuties:

**Requirements**:

- Matric

*Mechanical or Mechatronics qualification

*Letter from the institution for P1 and P2 (WIL) placement.

**Job Types**: Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
