**Role Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and professional **Front Office / Guest Communication Agent** to manage guest interactions during the afternoon and evening. The role includes **check-ins, guest reception, drinks service, and guest communication**. This position bridges the guesthouse and our property management company by handling guest messages, coordinating check-ins, and ensuring that late-day operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests on arrival, handle check-ins/check-outs.
- Be available for guest queries and requests.
- Offer afternoon drinks or refreshments where applicable.
Guest Communication
- Respond to guest messages and calls (in coordination with property management).
- Manage booking updates and guest information.
Property Oversight
- Ensure property is secure, clean, and guest-ready in the evenings.
- Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
Service Support
- Assist with light hosting duties (welcoming, drinks, setup for evening guest comfort).
**Requirements**:
- Experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Flexible to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid ID / work permit, bank account, and paperwork in order.
**Employment Details**
- **Hours**: Afternoon to evening, including weekends.
- **Type**: Full-time or part-time (flexible shifts).
- **Compensation**: Hourly or monthly salary depending on role level.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
