Client Relationship Manager

Multinational Asset Manager Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to focussing on delivering consistently high levels of client delivery and satisfaction, client retention and client engagement for clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Client Relationship Management Team, you will take responsibility for:
- Being the conduit for clients interacting and interfacing between operations, finance and executive teams
- Act as escalation point for operational and/or client issues; as appropriate to resolve, being that conduit between the Client, Operations, Product Solutions, and the Project office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a solid understanding their products and offerings
- Involved with the management of KPI’s with the clients and assisting with the coordination of the RFI/RFP/Questionnaire process for ongoing client engagements
- Follow up 6 monthly on all client SLAs and terms, feeding back to the Client
- To utilise the technology stack for client relationships (Salesforce) for documenting all engagements, including regular client service review meetings and report back sessions
- To build client reports and dashboards to better communicate internally and externally.
- Relationship building internally, able to positively influence all relevant stakeholders.
- Have regular catch ups with the key staff in sharing focus and client strategy.
- To be part of and support the functions from ongoing support in operational meetings
- Assisting with client driven scope changes (sales driven organisation) and upfront in assisting in the setup of the initial client interactions.
- Implementing the Client Delivery strategy
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant Tertiary Qualification(s) required (Finance, Investment, Commerce, Accounting)
- 5 years’ experience in Fund Administration in a related role where your focus has been on client relationship management and client service.
- Specialist level experience in client engagement with a solid understanding of operational processes across both the long only and alternative administration markets
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically in Outlook and Excel
