**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- IT Diploma / IT certificate (A+, N+, MCSE, MCSA or equivalent)
- Microsoft 365 certified
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
- Experience with **VMware & Veeam** would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of **Paltrack, Mimecast, Qlikview, JarrisonTime, Virdi Biometric readers** and **UNIS** would be advantageous
- Standby and travelling between the various sites is a minimum requirement
- Willingness to work shifts as and when required
- Valid drivers license & own transport

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Self-starter, energetic and disciplined
- Client/Service orientated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Innovative and eager to learn

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Configure, install and maintain networking and compute infrastructures
- Monitor systems and network to ensure no productivity issues
- General AD configuration and management
- Implement best practice systems for security and data backups
- ICT asset management
- Maintain work log on ticketing system
- Action all user support (first & second line) including printer management and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues
- Liaising with vendors and keeping all stakeholders up to date re developments/progress
- Housekeeping of ICT offices
- Setup of access points and handheld scanners
