**SAP S&D Consultant (MM & SD)** Starting as soon as possible, for a 12 month contract Work is onsite, fulltime, based in Randburg Consultants need to be vaccinated **Key Performance Objectives - Tasks**: - SAP Consultant must have extensive knowledge of both SAP MM and SAP SD - Act as a SAP S&D SME (Subject Matter Expert) for BAU and Projects - Understand the business requirements, prepare the AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for process/solution design documentation. - Create relevant Project and Business as Usual (BAU) documentation in accordance to BMS documentation standards. This will include documents such as Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Functional Development Specification (FDS), Conceptual Design Documents (CDD), Test Scripts and Training documentation. - For BRS documents, assess the scope and nature of requirement to be able to estimate effort required to implement change. This includes effort for multiple streams and teams and includes effort estimations for configuration, testing and implementation. - Create CDD when required for specific BRS documents received from business. Present CDD to internal team and CDD forum for approval. - Provide functional & technical expertise on the SAP S&D modules. - Ensure maintenance of sound S&D processes. - Ensure System Understanding Documentation (SUD) is regularly kept up to date and signed-off. - Review Cost and Effort Estimates in line with business requirements and agreed 3rd Party Vendor rates. - Develop process & procedures for ensuring consistent configuration of business process across the SAP ECC, S/4 HANA landscapes. - Perform system configuration to ensure adherence to SAP standard processes. - Perform impact analysis of business process and technology changes. - Act as liaison between SAP S&D and other functional teams in the EBS BMS COE. - Act as liaison between the SAP S&D and other BMS COE Teams. - Act as liaison between the SAP S&D team and business and be the facilitator of SAP S&D requirements discussions. - Provide SAP S&D SME support to the Clarity/Tech Mod teams for BAU as well Projects. - Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the SAP business processes. Assist in developing the SAP system strategy, defining system requirements, and executing proof of concepts. Perform quality review of project documentation (BRS, FDS, TDS, Test Scripts, Training documentation), and ensure adherence to the BMS COE documentation standards. Create and maintain training documentation using MultiChoice’s training simulation tools. Perform knowledge transfer to S&D Super-users."
