**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate is required.
- Tertiary education in the related field would be advantageous,
- 1+ years of proven experience would be advantages.
- Knowledge of the industry and protocols g. knowledge of safety standards, regulations, laws and policies regarding logistics.
- Experience of logistics.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication.
- Capacity to multitask.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with overseeing the logistics of the warehouse, and receipt of stock.
- Assist with purchase order preparation and receipting of third-party stock.
- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to support logistics activities.
- Help prepare accurate costing documents and capture stock information.
- Assist with pricing and product maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports as per the expectations of upper management.
- Track final shipments and assist with resolving inventory issues.

- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional Organisation: Ability to manage the importance of tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain.
- Familiarity with inventory software and able to upload data into the company system.
