Are you a data management administrator who has worked with Intermediate excel, collating data for stock and costing sheets?

Our client a supplier of tiles requires a strong data management administrator to join their fast-paced team.

Knowledge of Pastel or similar accounting system with the ability to work independently, track multiple enquiries, plan stock and workflow, with prioritising tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous & experience in similar role
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, focused planning, and organizational skills
- Deadline orientated & customer service driven
- Intermediary Excel, some knowledge of Pastel or an accounting software - essential.
- Strong organisational skills required to be able to map out and keep track of the flow of communication and ensure completion of tasks
- Excellent planning, verbal, and written communication along with insight.
- Analytical thinking an approach to the tasks will be an added benefit.
- Effective communication to manage the workflow with sales team, suppliers & driver
- Solid back for operations department assisting with data management & operations
- Knowledge of Cape Town and surrounds essential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collating supplier stock sheets & price lists converting into company software system
- Interpret & action any abnormalities’ produced by various data reports.
- Creation of addendums, and costing sheets from the software system, manage filing
- Update new stock arrivals, coding, maintain product data, remove discontinued items
- Support sales team with creating costing sheets
- Understanding each of supplier’s product ranges & basic cost bracket.
- Actioning of dispatch, planning of routes to follow most efficiently.
- Communicate directly with the sales reps or clients regarding planning of deliveries
- Creating a schedule & forward planning on the monthly overview
- Data capturing information, overseeing driver that effective routes are followed
- Action changes quickly & efficiently, expedite any urgent changes with ease
- Maintain delivery records, tracking of delivery costs, monitor running vehicle costs
- Manage company vehicles, schedule regular maintenance and inspections
- Maintain tracker records, and record KMs
- Ensure paperwork for collections & deliveries is accounted for, saved digitally
- Process purchase orders
- Manage company data base accurately and timeously
- Tracking of samples for each project & which suppliers or documents they relate to
- Ensure samples are reviewed & signed off and passed onto creditors department
- Organise sample ranks and replenish, manage storeroom
