**SHEQ Assistant required in Meadowdale, Germiston.**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SHEQ Assistant to support our SHEQ Department Manager in maintaining high standards of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality compliance.
This hands-on role contributes to ensuring legal adherence, certification upkeep, and the smooth execution of SHEQ processes in our label printing facility.
**Salary**: R20 000 per month.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with maintaining ISO 22000 and FSC Certification documentation.
- Help manage COID claims, EWASA registration, and general compliance tracking.
- Support daily OHS inspections and coordinate with cleaning staff.
- Maintain and update SHEQ records, procedures, and training materials.
- Participate in internal audits and follow up on NCRs and action plans.
- Aid in waste management coordination and general SHEQ administration.
**Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate.
- Exposure to ISO 9001/ISO 22000 systems and auditing.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
- 1-3 years of experience in a SHEQ or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and general office tools.
