Kura: It's about people **Salary**: R150 000 - R200 000 per month + medical insurance Role details: **JOB PURPOSE** The Head of Site is accountable for the leadership and management of the KSA site. Engagement, performance and development of people, through the embedding of our culture is at the forefront of this role. Presenting and delivering the very best that KSA has to offer to key stakeholders, clients and potential new clients is the core purpose of this role. **Requirements**: **WORKING CONDITION** The Head of Site will be required to work according to the hours of the business and client, however due to the nature of the job he/she may be required to be ‘on-call’ from time to time. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Degree in a relevant business discipline is preferred **EXPERIENCE** - 7 Years + BPO/ Contact Center Snr. Management experience - Previous experience dealing with high profile clients and delivering on SLAs - Experience in managing 700+ employees **KEY COMPETENCIES** - Ability to lead and engage in a diverse work environment - Results focused with determination to deliver - A high bar on both behaviours and standards - Strategic planning and delivery - Excellent relationship skills - Sound judgement and incisive decision making - Financial and commercial acumen - Ability and willingness to learn - Resilience and ability to work calmly when under pressure - Ability to coach and develop others. **PERSONAL ATTTIBUTE** - Positive Attitude - Cool under pressure - Ability to listen to understand - Approachable - Self-driven - Self Aware - Emotionally intelligence - Mental Agility **Responsibilities**: **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Leadership and Management of the KSA Site(s). - Setting the strategy and delivering KSA growth. **This includes**: - Working with internal group stakeholders to ensure we have the skills and experience to deliver and manage growth - Setting the property and site plan to ensure seamless execution of the growth. - Presenting a credible investment strategy to demonstrate clear returns to Shareholders. - Working with SA resources to maximise investment support mechanisms. - Making sure that KSA is a high standard, aspirational site where people develop and succeed. - Deliver financial performance that demonstrates the effectiveness of the business. - Accountable for revenue and EBITDA. - Deliver industry leading client feedback, measured through regular surveys. - Delivery of the Kura People Processes through KSA to ensure cultural alignment and development of the people. - In partnership with KUK Sales and Business Development build a pipeline of growth opportunities specific to KSA. - Ensure all required compliance accreditations and certifications including but not limited to ISO Standards and BBBE. - Motivate and manage performance of Senior Managers within the business to ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators. - Build meaningful and effective relationships with Clients to ensure that growth opportunities are realised and service delivery is effective. - Creating a work environment that facilitates a high-performance culture, while demonstrating high levels of employee engagement. **Benefits**: Medical Insurance Next steps:
