**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a plasma cutting and profiling environment is essential
- In-depth knowledge of plasma cutting techniques and profiling processes
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment to assess dimensional accuracy
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and specifications for plasma cutting and profiling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills to convey inspection findings and recommendations clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification or training in quality control methods and techniques is desirable
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding quality standards
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 fundamentals

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive inspections and quality control checks on plasma cut and profiled parts, ensuring they meet specified tolerances and dimensional requirements
- Utilize precision measuring tools, such as callipers, micrometres, and height gauges, to verify part dimensions and tolerances accurately
- Inspect the quality and integrity of plasma cut edges, including assessing for burrs, dross, or any other imperfections that may affect the part's functionality
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Conduct visual inspections of finished parts to ensure they adhere to customer specifications and meet the highest quality standards
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of non-conformities, corrective actions taken, and any other quality-related information
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations to identify the causes of non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and work instructions to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the plasma cutting and profiling processes
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and regulations related to plasma cutting and profiling techniques
