- Doing a visual and dimensional inspection on steel and aluminum canopies after finishing checking the welds aswell finishing work on canopies ,filling in of jobcards and paperwork ,working together in a team to achieve the targets

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working with the Quality team, such as the Quality manager and Qc inspectors
- Visual and dimensional checks on canopies (Cracks, miss welds, holes ect.)
- Check welds and finishing quality
- Filling in of jobcard after inspection
- Working as a team with the other quality inspectors to reach targets
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the superior
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Able to work with a measuring tape

- Daily targets
- Quality of your work
- Total inspections
- 100% quality required
- Follow standard operating procedure
- Conducting Pre finishing inspections
- Low non-conformance rate on finishing
- Overall low scrap ratio.
- Report any non-conformance or scrap part to department head immediately.
- Maintain production targets and minimum requirements daily.
- General housekeeping at workstation
- Timeous Completing of all relevant production documentation.
- Updating Rhinoman production system in real time
- Comply to Health & safety code**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Quality background will be a advantage
- Basic understanding of Quality
- 2 years Quality experience
- Grade 12
