QC / QA Inspector / Engineer - Petoria Job Summary Job Title: QC / QA Inspector / Engineer Main Purpose: To ensure that manufactured products meet company and customer quality specifications. This may also include checking and testing materials and parts delivered from external suppliers. Key Performance Areas: QAP (Quality Assurance Procedures): Define and ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures on all projects QAC (Quality Assurance Checklists): Ensure that quality assurance checklists are adequate, relevant, and adhered to on all projects QCP (Quality Control Plans): Ensure all projects have relevant quality control plans in place and that they are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing): Perform internal and external factory acceptance tests to ensure compliance with client specifications and legal requirements EPC (Engineering Project Control): Ensure proper project control by managing design change notifications, technical queries, inspections, quality reviews, documentation, standards adherence, issue resolution, test analysis, expediting, third-party inspections, report writing, and site audits Assist with internal/external audits Assist in conducting supplier evaluations/assessments Maintain company statutory and regulatory compliance / accreditations (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SANS standards) Minimum Requirements: Technical Diploma (N6) or NQF equivalent (electrical or instrumentation) At least 2 years' QA/QC experience in engineering and construction industry Knowledge of MV/LV equipment and testing methodology Ability to interpret engineering drawings (electric and mechanical) Understanding of ISO and SANS management systems Knowledge of environmental, mine health and safety standards Attention to detail, time management, planning, and prioritization skills Ability to work under pressure and flexibility Knowledge of calibration and verification of measuring equipment Problem-solving and decision-making skills Team player To apply, send your CV and latest payslip to (contact information). #J-18808-Ljbffr
