**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Logistics / Dispatch Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate our daily dispatch operations. This role is critical to ensuring **on-time deliveries, effective fleet management, and seamless communication between warehouse, drivers, and customers**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily **dispatch and transportation operations**.
- Schedule, monitor, and track shipments to ensure **timely deliveries**.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Oversee the **loading and unloading of goods**, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of dispatches, PODs, and inventory.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify areas for **efficiency improvement**.
- Generate reports and analyze logistics data to improve dispatch processes.
- Supervise weekly loading schedules for **Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg routes**.
- Ensure **driver compliance** with company policies and road safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Matric (Grade 12) - required.
- Tertiary qualification in **Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field** - advantageous.
- **Experience**:Minimum 2 **years’ in dispatch experience**, with supervisory experience preferred.
- At least **1 year logistics/retail experience** (preferred).
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal abilities**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** and dispatch/logistics systems.
- Valid **Driver’s License** (required).
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** with shifting priorities.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
