Pepkor Speciality is seeking to employ a **Web Coordinator **who will form part of our **eCommerce** department_. _The web co-ordinators role is to ensure the websites are maintained and up to date with all products, deals, stock levels and campaigns loaded and displayed correctly on the site, as per specifications and timelines agreed upon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the product of the online store
- Managing and implementing the visuals on websites
- General Administration
- Work as part of a project team for any Ecommerce related projects.
- Assisting the web development team with all aspects of website requests.
- Engage and communicate with web coordinators in each Brand to ensure updates are processed timeously
- Stakeholder relationships

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification within Web development or similar qualificaiton

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Web Coordinator/Administrator.
- Working knowledge and experience in **_Shopify is preferred_**_._
- Working experience within an Ecommerce environment is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to take responsibility and be decisive.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
- High focus on attention to detail.
