**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Menu Designer at Cosoft, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to capturing and implementing menu information received from our valued franchise partners. You will work diligently to ensure that all menu details, including promotions, prices, options, customizations, and recipes, are accurately entered into our POS and Self-service terminal systems.

**Key Tasks**:

- Efficiently enter menu data into our menu design platforms, paying meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate deployment of menus to all franchise stores nationwide.
- Engage in daily communication with franchise partners to clarify any menu-related queries and maintain strong working relationships.
- Monitor and resolve any menu discrepancies swiftly to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee all menus are up-to-date and displayed correctly on all our menu design platforms

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across menus.
- Ability to multitask effectively, handling multiple menu entries and brands simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines and maintain efficient menu deployment.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and communicate professionally with franchise partners.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or previous experience in data entry will be an advantage.
