**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels and control stock movements, including stock counting and reconciliation.
- Handling of logistics of inbound and outbound delivers.
- Ensuring availability of fast-moving items and raw materials.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers and production lines.
- Collaborate with production, planning, and purchasing teams to optimize inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
- Manage and coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including inbound and outbound freight, customs clearance, and compliance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for stores and logistics functions to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure the department's success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in stores and logistics operations, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- SAP knowledge and experience, (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving process improvements.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems.
