**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the onboarding of corporate and contractors.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve performance.
- Maintain high standards of physical and phone etiquette when communicating with customers.
- Ensure effective communication within the team, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a focus on service excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on hub operations to senior management.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in HUB management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for effective communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with onbaording principles and practices is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in supervising teams, with an emphasis on achieving operational goals.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: R24 420,00 - R52 799,30 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng 2167: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
