5 years managerial experience with teams of 100 plus employees

The position requires a senior financial professional experienced in a leadership position in a Shared Services like organization showing a combination of strong operational finance understanding, transformation experience and interpersonal, leadership skills that can strategically establish and drive hubs.

Deliver clear strategy for Accounting hub including establishment of a cost effective, sustainable and scale able organization

Drive recruitment and on boarding of new organization

Ensures successful transition of existing finance processes into accounting hubs

Leads the team and takes accountability for managing overall hub operations

Establishes a center that in the steady state delivers end to end standardized, document efficient and automated processes in the finance operational area and beyond. Utilize and / or build a modern finance technology landscape.

Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business administration.

Certificate Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Certificate is a plus

**Experience**:
**Skills and Competencies**

Qualified in finance and accounting signifying in depth knowledge of the finance function

Proven track record of attracting people and building new teams with high employee engagement.

Ability to operate at a strategic level

Sound knowledge of leading digital finance technologies

Strong understanding of finance systems and processes
