Assist in the development of forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to achieve targets. - Meet goals and metrics. - Manage budgets and fund allocation. - Achieve National branch sales and revenue goals by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending banking products and services beneficial to the customer. - Must be a "Keeper of the SFS Culture" and possess the ability to create energy around Retail banking objectives and initiatives. - Have a firm eye on Recruitment, training, supervision, retention and staff motivation, to ensure profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives for assigned branches within various regions. - Develop and lead innovative strategies to grow, retain and deepen consumer and business relationships. - Proactively grow business deposits, Transactional product base, Investments, Life Insurance products, VAS products and loans, by creating and implementing innovative practices inside and outside the bank retail environment - Producing a culture of enhancing customer experience within the National footprint, to attract new to bank and ex customers back into the fold. A service culture of warmly and sincerely greeting, engaging, advising and developing relationships with both retail partners, their staff and off the street customers. - Embrace and lead a technology driven customer experience. - Develop a culture amongst all SFS staff to Lead, partner and execute a community engagement strategy, in order to, be an engaged and intrinsic community partner. - Inspire and teach all team members to reach their full potential. - Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned. - Maintain an open and Engaged partnership relationship with the Bank executives, Branch managers and regional Managers, to fulfil the banks strategy Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations within Code of banking practice as well as applicable laws governing the industry **Job Type**: Contract **Salary**: R4,950.00 - R15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - do you have FAIS related industry experience? - Do you have a relevant NQF5 qualification?
