**Manager: Digital Solutions **at our head office
**Bonaero**
**Park.** The successful applicant will report to the
**Executive Manager IT & Innovation.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors;
- Manage vendor and SLA Management for digital solution providers;
- Provide 2nd line support to the Airline operations and support team;
- Ensure high availability of digital solutions in production operations;
- Manage, plan and execute complex projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely completion;
- Manage enhancements and bug resolution in the sprint plans;
- Management of the planned priorities and blocker resolution;
- Ensure quality assurance on deliverables;
- Provide management reports and status updates;
- Uses technical experience in managing projects and building systems to determine feasibility, cost, and time required;
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions to enhance business performance;
- Work with the Lead Digital Solutions Engineer to drive the roadmap, standards and frameworks;
- Identify and communicate risks and blockers;
- Resource allocation, management, and administration;
- Performance management of the team;
- Training and development of Digital Solutions team;
- Provide coaching/mentoring and support to team members to ensure successful delivery of projects;
- Stay abreast of current and evolving best practices and digital technology trends in the market.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, of which 5 years must be in a managerial role;
- Aviation experience is beneficial;
- Proven experience leading successful IT projects;
- Agile Project Management experience;
- Product and Project Management (Essential);
- IT projects and Digital solutions experience.
