**CX Agents Required to start Immediately**
We are currently seeking CX Agents to provide a telephone-based sales booking service. The successful sales agent key role is to deliver a first-class service to our blue-chip clients ensuring their revenue generation is maximized thoroughly.
To provide help, advice, and guidance to new and existing customers, so that the customer makes the right and informed decision about their account or service.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.
- Talking to new and existing customers regarding their accounts.
- Booking appointments and completing care calls.
- Processing orders for customers.
- Updating customer accounts.
- Following agreed call scripts.
- Updating databases with customer details.
- Working towards agreed sales targets and agreed conversion.
- Understanding customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
- Take ownership of every call to maximize revenue generation.
- To be passionate about providing outstanding customer services.
**Experience and Requirements**
- Proven experience as a CX Advisor / Customer Service Sales Role
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of outbound/inbound service environments.
- Understanding of GDPR and how to protect customer data.
HOURS:
Mon - Fri
10am -7pm
Transport provided
Able to start immediately
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: R9 000,00 per month
