**Project Manager**

**Required Minimum Qualification**
- B-Eng or B-Tech

**Required minimum experience**
- 5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.

**Main Purpose**

To liaise with clients and manage projects allocated to him/her from quotation phase, through NOI phase and Production. To ensure delivery on time within allocated budget.
- Liaising with clients
- Ensure customer Satisfaction
- Understand products
- Invoice finished products.
- To market the company to existing and new clients.
- Check for substitutes/alternatives for stock that can be picked for the MO/Project.
- Match Purchase Order (PO) details against MO details to check:

- Alternatives procured but not on the MO.
- Client MOQ’s not on the BOM.
- Quantity differences between PO and MO.
- Attend weekly planning meetings and assist with WIP counts and project progress tracking.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
