- FAIS Affected**Job Purpose**
- As the Acquisition Lead on Avo you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue for their companies.
- Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining business relationships and designing policies which allow partnerships to thrive;
- Identifying opportunities for new partnerships;
- Strengthening existing relationships and collaborations;
- Building professional networks within and outside the Bank;
- Negotiating with partners to structuring commercial agreements/contracts and working with legal to ensure the Bank’s best interest;
- Developing and executing plans for strategic growth and making the Avo numbers;
- Conducting market research;
- Synthesizing reports of business metrics and monthly/regular updates to the Avo Steerco, Partnership Steerco, Platform Category Advisory Board;
- Attending meetings to serve as a representative of Avo;
- Applicants should be strategic thinkers with amiable personalities, positive outlooks, and expert communication skills;
- and, organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
- Essential Qualifications
- NQF Level- NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- A bachelor’s Degree or diploma in business, administration/management, communication or a related field
- Preferred Qualification- SMP/ MBA or equivalent
- Essential Certifications- PMP or Prince certification. Programme Management certification (PGMP)
- Minimum Experience Level- 10 years’ experience working in partnerships, with strategic clients, creating strategic commercial opportunities and executing on the commercial plan.
