**Talent Acquisition Lead - International Recruitment**

**Position Title**: Talent Acquisition Lead
**Location**: South Africa - 100% Remote
**Salary**: Depending on Experience + Performance-based Bonus
- **Working Rhythm**: Monday - Friday, 11:00 - 19:30, with flexibility needed for global time zones and growth initiatives.

**Contract Type**: Permanent Full-Time
**Reporting To**: Head of People
✈️ **Travel**: Up to 10% depending on strategic planning or team-building initiatives

**What You'll Be Owning
- Deliver hires within 30 days or less by building proactive pipelines, addressing bottlenecks, and streamlining workflows for efficiency.
- Provide line management and mentorship to the Talent Resourcer, ensuring effective task delegation, coaching, and alignment with recruitment objectives.
- Strategize and execute employer branding initiatives to amplify Nexford’s visibility in competitive markets and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to refine processes, influence hiring strategies, and align with Nexford’s growth and strategic goals.

**Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in international hiring across diverse markets.
- Start-up experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Series A-D tech companies, thriving in high-growth and fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, including headhunting, Boolean searches, and talent mapping for senior and critical roles.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with BambooHR and TestGorilla is advantageous.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability, tailoring recruitment strategies to align with regional nuances and global hiring needs.
