**About the Job**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain communication with the Talent Manager and team to ensure production deadlines are met
- Identify talent problems and suggest solutions
- Capture and reconcile artist purchase orders
- Ensure the live logs are created and maintained
- Logging off engineer sessions on the project management system
- POPIA Compliance documents completed and filed

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Film and Media/ Administration
- Experience in talent management or recruitment preferred
- Experience in sound, media or film industry

**Specific Skills**
- Admin management
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Postproduction processes
- English, Afrikaans and/or multiple language comprehension
- Driver’s license (offices at the airport)

**Personal Characteristics**
- Sound people and communication skills
- Attention to detail is crucial to the role
- Continuous improvement
- Creative problem solving

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R9,000.00 per month
