ENCONA supports the growth of its clients in the global manufacturing industry through the delivery of training, consulting, auditing, and project management. We are expanding, and are seeking a **Solutions Specialist. **This contract role is responsible for the development of new and existing business for Clients within the automotive and/or aerospace sector, aligned to specific propositions, and managing key accounts within a defined territory.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with Clients, understanding their needs and problems, and providing tailored solutions from ENCONA’s product offerings for our Clients. The role works in close partnership with the Sales Manager and other internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue. Furthermore, you will be part of the project team to provide your high-quality expertise in training or consulting to earn additional income.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**
- AS9100 skills
- IATF16949 certification
- VDA 6.3 knowledge
- Automotive Core Tools and Customer-Specific Requirements knowledge
- 10 years of automotive manufacturing or related manufacturing experience
- 5 years of training experience
- Experience in sales and marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
- Own vehicle

Along with project management and quality management experience, you will hold a degree from an accredited college, preferably in business or engineering. The role will require you to have proven negotiation and customer relationship skills and a drive for growth and service excellence.
